Once we get your form, we’ll start imagining what our appointment can be like, tailoring it to fit what you’re looking for and focusing on your experience. We really enjoy this first step! It’s a chance to tweak the plan we’ve put together, but we ask that you trust us in this process.
Previous onboarding
We'll share the plan with you so you know what to expect, and we can figure out the day, time, and meeting spot together. We'll also go over any questions you have about the terms of service and wrap up our appointment.

We’ve got you covered on everything! From food stops to getting around, and all the other little details during our trip. We’re here to snap photos, help with shopping, and share some personal recommendations. Just think of us as your buddies for the time being!.

Not really. We don’t do monuments, museums or trivia dates. This is about discovering the everyday Madrid — where locals eat, shop, walk, and hang out. Think cozy corners, cool boutiques, hidden gems, and zero fluff.

No, and that’s the point. We’re not here to recite history. Our hosts are Madrid locals — creatives, professionals, foodies — people who live here and love showing their version of the city, with honesty and care.

We offer formats from short 4 hours strolls to full-day deep dives, during 7 hours. We go at your pace — no rushing, no stress, just time to enjoy and explore like a local.

Yes, we love creating tailor-made experiences — but they need more time to plan and come at a special price. Whether you’re into food, fashion, art or just want to experience Madrid your way, we’ll design a completely unique route just for you. Let us know in advance and we’ll take care of the rest.

We take care of all local transport during the experience — metro, bus, taxi… the way locals move. And yes, we’ll also cover your food, up to a fixed limit (we’ll let you know the amount when booking).
The idea is: you enjoy without worrying about the small stuff. No hidden costs, no tourist traps — just good company, good places, and the real experience.

Yes. All our experiences are covered by a professional liability insurance policy. This means that, as a guest, you are protected in the unlikely event of an incident caused by our negligence during the experience — whether that’s during transit, at one of our selected locations, or during any part of the itinerary we curate for you.
However, please note:
• The insurance does not cover personal belongings, accidents unrelated to our actions, or events outside the official experience (such as before or after we meet).
• We always recommend having your own travel insurance, especially when visiting a new country.
